Go to the world4you customer area and go to Package > Webspace > Databases. Select the database you want to back up and click on the login icon. It will then invoke phpMyAdmin.

Follow these steps to export the database:


  1. Click the "Export" item directly on the start page. Select the database you want to export, so that it is highlighted in blue.

  2. Then choose your export method. Fast means that all tables will be saved. Custom means that individual tables can be selected or deselected for backup.

  3. After that, you have to choose an export format. We recommend SQL.

  4. Click OK and the .sql file will be directly available for download.
